The paint is off. Goes unstoppable down the drain. Definitely not recommended. The food and goods are really bad to mediocre and outrageously overpriced even for delicacies, the atmosphere piqued, boned, blasé, unpleasant, very forced. On a purchased jar of Gormet soup at home, under the shelf life label, we discovered an older one with an expired date that was obviously insufficiently framed - that fits the overall impression. Customers are shamelessly blasphemed behind their backs. The employees (interns? Apprentices?) Are not doing better, we have twice seen how they were treated impudently. The shop has long been down the drain, the facade is crumbling ruinously. Rightly so! More appearance than reality is an understatement! Overall impression: horrible. Recommendation: seek the distance.
Not cheap, but mostly good quality. The lunch table is always enjoyable, the Vitello tonnato is great.
For more than 50 years I have been a very satisfied guest at Feinkost Schindler. The charming as well as committed boss and her professional staff run the business in the spirit of the unforgotten Rudi Schweighardt. Delicatessen For me, Schindler is THE oasis of well-being for body and soul north of the Alps. Thank you!
Of course it is always a little more expensive in a delicatessen! If you have very high quality standards, you are in good hands here! there is also a lot of work behind it!
One of the most beautiful houses in Starnberg.
Am thrilled! Great that there is still such a traditional company. Friendly staff, delicious delicacies .... you can only recommend. Too bad that you almost never get a table on Saturdays :-(
Just outdated. For overpriced. Too much "fried". ... a "Dallmayr" or "beetle" would be better. Sorry.
I was with my friend on Valentine's Day in Starnberg at Schindler Delikatessen. We wanted to order, as described in the card, a nice Dinzler coffee. To our dismay, the waitress used two Tchibo coffee tablets for the large 4.90 € cappuccino and served them. On request, the service explained that the coffee maker at the moment was broken, but we had to pay the full price. ... that's why this will be the only visit. The nice service could not help it, but it is a joke for an inferior product to demand the same price ...
Small but nice!
Amazing choice of food to eat in or take out. And the crumble topped cakes were fantastic.
My oasis of wellbeing 😀😀😀
Nice deli. The food is great, unfortunately only open during the day. There is not so much space inside. But it is very nice on the terrace. And you can park right in front of the store.
I love our shop. Employee by conviction (lol). Therefore I want to bring all sorts of impressions with my photos.
bought three pieces of quiche in the Schindler delicatessen in Starnberg on April 7, 2017. At the checkout I believed in a joke, the 3 pieces of quiche cost € 46, that is € 15.33 each. The cashier with a suit and tie at the Schindler cash register replied laconically to my incredulous request: "This is the Starnberg surcharge!" I would say that is Schindler rip off! Should I support this store?
Very nice staff, large selection. A perfect invite ...
Just do something good .... mummmm. Top in every way.
WOW! Also open in the afternoon, so ideal for slow eaters like me. I can not imagine a friendlier service. Herring with rösti and rocket salad for 9.50 is fair. Top taste and quality. At lunchtime the terrace is very full and in the rain and in winter you can not eat there.
Very big assortment. Very friendly staff. Highly recommended to eat there as well.
very well run delicatessen, with nice, knowledgeable staff and great newsletters
